Die Tierwelt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The reserve covers 3,953 hectares of Khomas Highland terrain: rocky hills, valleys, and small seasonal watercourses that support a range of the region’s wildlife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hartmann’s mountain zebra:<\/strong> The most commonly seen species; groups of 5 to 15 on the hillsides and at the waterhole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giraffe:<\/strong> Present; reliably seen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Red hartebeest:<\/strong> Common; large herds on the open grassland sections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
